plan funds to pay for a charge at the point of sale then

of payments directly link a payments to a provider to
the actual reimbursement account. myResourceCard
eliminates pay and chase since the provider
is paid from a bank issued credit line and not actual
plan funds. The employee / plan participant simply submits
the appropriate documentation to the administrator and
the plan reimburses the credit account. Any charge that
is not substantiated by the administrator remain the employees
responsibility and pays the bank when the monthly statement
arrives!
Simplified reconciliation between the card balance
and FSA elections
With myResourceCard, plan reimbursements
are made from the FSA to the employee credit card after
proper claim submission and adjudication. Reconciliation
is simple and the administrative costs are reduced! With
other cards, payment is made from the FSA plan before
proper substantiation occurs. Because of this, the reconcilliation
between the card balance and the plan accout can be more
complicated than necessary.

Enrollment Form to the plan administrator
- Card Member is given a credit line
independent of annual election amounts of benefit
plans
- Card Member "Swipes"
myResourceCard for goods or services at any
merchant in the county that accepts MasterCard®
- If the Card account is in good
standing (i.e. not suspended from service) the provider
is paid at the point of sale through the line of credit
extended by the issuing bank
- Card Member is now personally responsible
for all charges incurred on the myResourceCard
- Auto-substantiation for qualifying
transactions is automatically presented for adjudication
and reimbursement
- If Auto-substantiation is approved;
plan reimbursements are directed to pay down Card
Member's credit card balance
- Card Member pays any remaining
balance due on the periodic bank statement
- Credit availability is restored
upon receipt of payment by the sponsoring bank
- Employee has incurred a plan qualified
expense (FSA, HRA, DCAP, or Transit)
- Employee submits supporting documentation
of the claim for independent Third Party Adjudication
- TPA releases available plan funds
